I used My Guy Garage Door Repair to replace a Garage Door Opener Motor. My initial call the owner, Chris, answered and went out of his way to answer my questions and provide me with the information I needed. I did further research, most of the other companies I called I spoke with schedulers who were nice and helpful but limited and often would NOT give me a quote or idea of cost without first paying to have a tech come out to my home. Ultimately, I called My Guy Garage Door back, spoke with JD who was awesome, answered further questions and helped get something scheduled for the same day. Waylon showed up to my house on time, was professional, informative, friendly, and did not push me one way or another or try to sell me anything, and quickly got us set up with a new motor and what we needed all at a great price!
