Welcome to My Guy Pest and Lawn Solutions (“My Guy Pest and Lawn,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of myguypestandlawn.com (the “Website”) and the lawn fertilization, weed control, and pest control services we provide (the “Services”). By using the Website or booking Services, you agree to these terms. If you have a separate written service agreement with us, that agreement controls where it differs from these terms.

1. Licensing

We are licensed to apply pesticides and fertilizers in Utah by the Utah Department of Agriculture and Food, UDAF License #4000-1509. Applications are made by trained, licensed applicators following product label directions and Utah law.

2. Use of the Website

  • You must be at least 18 years old to book Services.
  • You agree to give accurate contact and property information.
  • You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose or interfere with how it works.

3. Services, Scheduling, and Pricing

  • Quotes: quotes are based on the property information available to us and may change if the treated area or scope of work is different than described.
  • Scheduling and weather: treatments are timed to Utah soil temperature and weather. We may reschedule for rain, wind, heat, frozen ground, or other conditions that would make a treatment unsafe or less effective, and will let you know when we do.
  • Payment: payment is due as stated on your invoice or service agreement. Prepaid programs and their terms are described in your service agreement.
  • Cancellation: you may cancel ongoing Services by contacting us. Refunds of any prepaid amount follow the terms of your service agreement.

4. Your Property and Safety

  • Please give our technicians access to the areas being treated, including unlocking gates, and keep pets secured on service days.
  • Keep children and pets off treated areas until the product has dried, or for any longer period stated on the product label or by your technician.
  • Tell us about gardens, water features, beehives, wells, or anyone in your household with chemical sensitivities before your first service.

5. Results and Watering

Lawn results depend on watering, soil, weather, mowing, and water restrictions set by your city or water provider, which are outside our control. We will adjust your program to the watering you can provide, but we cannot guarantee specific lawn results during drought or watering restrictions. For pest control, if covered pests return between scheduled services, contact us and we will treat again at no extra charge as described in your service agreement.

6. Text Messaging Terms

When you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, you consent to receive text messages from My Guy Pest and Lawn at the number provided about appointments, service reminders, treatment notices, and customer service. If you separately agree to promotional texts, we may also send offers.

  • Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service.
  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help, or call 801.404.4042.
  • Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, photos, and logos, is owned by My Guy Pest and Lawn Solutions or used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it without our written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or Services. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Utah law that cannot be waived.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah.
